We stayed at this hotel for a weekend getaway and it was an enjoyable experience. Located in a nice and quiet area outside of the City Centre, it provided a peaceful atmosphere for relaxation. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities including heating and a sitting area. The soundproofed rooms ensured a quiet and undisturbed sleep.

The hotel is situated in a very quiet neighborhood in Koln and it is easy to find. Our room was spotlessly clean and bed was very comfortable. There is free of charge parking in front of the hotel. Breakfast was rich and very delicious.

We have no particular complain towards the hotel, just a note that the hotel is far away from the city center and if you do not have a car with you, you will need to walk 5 min to the nearest stop and then travel 15 min to the city center.

It was a really good experience. I truly enjoyed a satisfactory breakfast with several type of cheese and croissants and good juices.

loved novum hotel! staff was friendly & helpful, free breakfast was a nice surprise. beds were a bit stiff but room was clean. parking was ample. overall, a great stay!

On the day of our leaving I found the door of my room open after returning from the breakfast. They have already started to clean up the room before my check out, all my personal belongings were still not packed. Very unprofessional!

The place offers good value for money, the breakfast was satisfying with delicious croissants, and the service was exceptional during our visit.

The staff behaviour was almost perfect, They speak english perfectly and they were very pleasant with us.

The rooms were new-fashioned, silent, and had multi-channel TV, a seating area and a study table. The service was excellent! Plus, free Wi-Fi was available throughout the property. Good and excellent location, Koln/Bonn airport was 10 km away.
